Very pretty villa located approximately 4.9 km from the town center of Denia. It benefits from a beautiful view of the sea, a pretty private swimming pool, a beautiful glazed terrace with garden furniture and gas barbecue. It is a completely renovated and neat villa, it is perfect for holidays with family or friends. It's very good value for money.
This pleasantly furnished house benefits from recent furniture and a modern equipped kitchen. The exterior offers you a beautiful plot planted with Mediterranean varieties, the large outdoor terrace serves as a solarium with its private swimming pool and offers you a superb view of the sea and the city.
