Summary: The modern villa is located in the beautiful "La Medina" community and spans two floors. The lower floor features a bright living room with a dining area and access to the spacious terrace, ideal for breakfast or BBQs. The fully equipped kitchen offers all modern amenities. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom, and an additional shower room. All rooms have air conditioning. An exclusive community pool and a carport are available. The minimum age for making reservations is 30 years old. The ID of the contract holder will be requested for verification on the day of check-in.
The Space: Fly screens, shutters, a total of 3 air conditioners hot/cold in both bedrooms and in the living room, electric radiators, 1 shower room and 1 bath room (both modernised in 2019), marble floor in the living and sleeping area, SAT-TV with German/international channels, a modern kitchen fully equipped with oven, induction hob, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, etc.! Washing machine/dryer in separate utility room, 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, sofa bed in the living room, WIFI (30MB speed) is available free of charge, lovely communal pool, private terrace with outdoor furniture and electric table barbecue, 2 foldable sun loungers, lovely/small garden area, private carport for 1 car. Bed size: 1 double bed 1.35m x 1.90m y 1 double bed 1.50m x 1.90m
Guest Access: We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.
The Neighborhood: Very nice and quiet location in Denia, only about 2 km from the sandy beach and the town centre. In Denia you will find a large selection of restaurants, bars, shopping streets, simply everything your holiday heart desires... The large shopping centre "Portal de La Marina" is only 20 minutes away by car, and the well-known golf courses in La Sella and Oliva Nova are also only a few minutes away by car. The airports of Alicante and Valencia are easily reached by motorway in one hour each.
Other Things to Note: Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. Pets are not allowed. A daily electricity consumption of 10kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.

La maison est parfaite, adaptée aux petites familles. La résidence qui contient une dizaine de maisons est très bien entretenue. La végétation est magnifique, le jardinier présent tous les jours est très discret. Les abords de la piscine sont très beaux.
L’agence qui gère la propriété s’est montrée extrêmement disponible et flexible concernant notre arrivée et départ. Un grand merci !
