Best service from any hotel in a long time.

Whilst hotel is probably a four star, the service is Five star. From the reception staff, house keeping, to the restaurant team. Thus far it is easily the best service I have had from any hotel in the past few years.

Great place to stay

We had a 12 day trip to Turkey and during our stay, this was on of the Hotel we stayed in during the trip. It was definitely a great place with good staff and service. Location of hotel was also very convenient, rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Would definitely recommend other to stay here.

About 15 drive to pamukkale itself, staff were so friendly and hospitable, really did whatever they could to help out, the managment team were extremely friendly and helpful, great place for families as it's quiet cosy. Would define stay again.

Best Hotel in Denizli

Mu second time stayed at this hotel, their service & hospitality standart very well managed. Strategic location, and the best part was we did the check in early (around 10-11 am) and they just gave me the room key without aksing any extra charge. Thanks

Only stayed here one night , as passing through. Hotel very clean ,welcoming and ideal as it had a Carpark, free breakfast which was of good standard. Beds were very hard and woke with aching bones :

A very "warm" stay

Very clean. Very friendly staff. Food is tasty. Good breakfast buffet. A little too warm for my taste. Impossible to be cold in rooms.

Value for money business hotel

It is a wonderful business hotel located just 3 mins drive from the bus station (15-20 TL). The stay was comfortable and it offered a wife range of breakfast options. The overall stay was value for money.The hotel had tie ups with taxi services and fixed rates, it took less than 5 mins to arrange a taxi to bus stop, airport or pammukale. Pammukale was a 20 minute ride (60-75 TL)

every thing....service is first class, the food number one, rooms and bathrooms spacious, design of the rooms and breakfast room and lounges all superb, interesting art throughout the hotel and of course beautiful people who love their work. one of the best hotels i have stayed in and i will return. Not bad but need maintenance

Overall, It's a not bad hotel, but it's not well maintained. The room light is too weak to read, the shower equipment is out of order so I have to crouch on the floor to take shower.

The hotel is nice but the service was terrible receiptionist were so bad and didn’t know what they were doing I needed to ask question I came down I saw they were sleeping. Breakfast service was really bad we had to wait too long to get a Tea and one day they didn’t clean our room really bad service I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and I won’t go there any more I am really dissapointent.
