This charming newly built home in the prime location of Denton is spacious, clean, and only minutes from University of North Texas (UNT), Texas Women’s University (TWU), Denton Square and all other Denton Entertainments.  This home includes one large family cum living room, 4 spacious bedrooms that comfortably sleep up to 10, a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, comfortable workspace with desk, two smart TVs, and high efficient washer and dryer. UNT is only 3-5 minutes away and the area has countless restaurants, grocery stores, and great nearby shopping. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and guests may park in the 2-car garage and 2 in the driveway. The backyard is fully fenced and there are chairs for relaxing on the back patio. Great for family, business and leisure.

Wonderful, spacious, comfortable, and clean place in Denton.

We stayed Here with family for a long weekend while in town for our son’s wedding. The home was clean and well furnished with everything we needed. It was a great place to relax after our busy days of getting ready for the wedding. The location is nice on a street of newer homes. It was a 7 to 10 minute drive to Center of Denton. Would gladly stay here again

Meeting family

We were very surprised and happy with how the house was for us. Very clean and spacious. The backyard was good for my boys to play. The kitchen had just enough stuff for us to make meals (I only made breakfast). We brought my elderly dad down to see his brother and it was a little difficult for him in the bathroom without some bars to hold on to, but everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again with our family!

Property is located in a really nice new subdivision developed behind an older one. Location is closer to TWU but just minutes from UNT. Location is awesome to take advantage of night life at trendy, family friendly Denton Downtown Square Home has great layout and is equipped to make your stay comfortable. Coffee bar fully stocked, plenty of towels, the beds and pillows were really comfortable and ladies, a full sized blow dryer provided-Yes!! ;-) Check in nice and easy. Access to garage door opener made coming and going so convenient Will definitely book again
