Housekeeping were great, but the front desk were not very helpful. Asked for trash bags and said they didn’t have any but when I asked housekeeping, they gave me some. Holiday Inn Express Denver Downtown by IHG
We could not park our van in the parking garage even though it’s a normal height. That was not listed on the site. There were many items of disrepair in the room. The door was wide open when we arrived- which was not acceptable and was very unnerving.
