The hotel was run down, the light bulb was hanging from the lamp, the legs were broken off the chair so it was sitting on the floor, the mattress was caved in the middle. The key only worked once in a while and the security person told me to “lick the card, it helps it work better”

The hotel was just OK. Location was good, close to everything but not right in the middle of it all. The room was clean. The breakfast was good, but the same thing for all 4 days, the staff was not friendly, wouldn’t even answer when greeted with a “good morning” from us.

I hated the pillows (smelled like they didn’t get changed) and the static in the bedding was horrible!.
Love the location of this hotel. Easy access to downtown Denver. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is always nice to have after a late concert or game night!
Someof the staff was not very friendly. The driver was amazing and very outgoing. Hotel was clean quiet bartender was great and friendly. I was treated like I was stealing towels. And I also did not like the fact of being charged 25 for a early check in we had a room booked for two day and the last was leaving 3:15 am so my time their was so why am I not credited for leaving early as too be chgarged early check in
Best bed I’ve slept on in 2 weeks! Pillows were great, shower hot and extras appreciated. Didn’t get to take advantage of breakfast, so can’t rate that. Only problem was the heating/cooling system. When we arrived, it was turned off and the room was freezing. Turned on the system, and the fan was extremely loud and rattling. We attempted to turn the fan to low, adjust the temperature, and everything else we could think of, but nothing changed the fan noise. We ended up just turning it off and hoping that it didn’t get too cold during the night. We didn’t report it because we were leaving to go out, and couldn’t wait for a maintenance person.

Good place to stay
I really can’t complain. I think they are working on doing some updating, which will take time. Room was clean, sheets were clean. Breakfast wasn’t bad! The restaurant in the lobby is amazing. Front desk staff were all very friendly. The only frustrating thing were the elevators, very slow. But still worked 🤗 would stay here again.

The room was good needs some attention the door was extremely difficult to get in at times and the bathroom the bathtub and shower to be exact were broken at the knob making it hard to adjust the water. Even though the Hotel has a no smoking policy it was extremely lax on marijauna be smoked in the elevators in the hallways and lobby area. The shuttle service and front desk were friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay again when in Denver
First of all there was 150.00 deposit.....the hotel takes a copy of your credit card.....the room was outdated and dirty.....the a/c does not work. The front desk staff are rude. The only higlight was checking out.
The room it was completely dirty and all the furniture was old almost breaking. The housekeeper stolen my expensive perfume . The two nights we stayed there all the time smelled marihuana inside the hotel . Sorry I can’t give good references

Security deposit hold problem
Getting a security deposit refunded was not as simple as it should be. After waiting the allowed time of 7+ business days the refund was not sent. Claims of the card being locked even though it is a everyday use card. Had to dispute charges with the bank in order to get money back. When calling customer service people are unfriendly and unprofessional of how they conduct business.

Location a little far off Denver hot spots and bars. But no big deal.
AC didn’t work hardly at all, most likely due to a filter that looked like it hasn’t been changed in well over a year and had no more airflow going through it. Luckily the window to the room fully opened and we were able to get cool air in the room at night. Room was “serviced” the first day and dirty towels were not swapped, had to ask the front desk for new towels and the new towels we received were clearly stained with brown spots all over them. Breakfast was mediocre at best, kind of think we were served prior days leftovers.
This is a budget stay. It was a bit rough because the key cards didn't work for the first two days and my entire floor smelled heavily of weed and cigarette smoke.
Breakfast was pretty good though and well stocked.
The property is not close to anything! The key to the room wouldnt work kept havin to go down to the front desk so they could remagnatize the key. Maid folded and replaced a wet towel. "Clean" washcloth was visibly dirty with what appeared to be a feces stain.

Friendly staff but not very helpful. Air conditioning was deficient all the time, never saw the room service staff coming to our room, bad odor in our room.
Upon arrival staff was sort of rude, room doors are hard to open, breakfast supposed to be from 6-9 by 6:40am they were out of everything, so if you're planning to eat breakfast there either arrive at 6am o'clock or wait until they refill everything again, because I'm assuming they do refill the breakfast bar...
overall the place it's ok 3.5 out of 5 stars!
The elevators were slow and our door key had to be changed out several times; but other than that, it was great! The lady bartender was super nice too.
