This guesthouse is located on the basement level of a main house, with its own private entrance in the rear of the property. It's only a block from the Cherry Creek Bike Path and Sunken Gardens Park, and one mile south of downtown Denver and the Colorado Convention Center. Enjoy fantastic access to the shops and restaurants that line Broadway, Santa Fe Drive's renowned art galleries and cafes, and the light rail system when you want to get out and explore.

After a day spent out and about in the city, come home to relax, unwind, and soak up the sunshine outside on the rear patio. Or, step inside to cool off in the air-conditioned living space and grab a change of clothes from the washer/dryer.

The interior is simple but well-appointed, offering a kitchen with every necessary appliance, a bistro dining table, and an inviting living room with a cable TV. If you're planning to work remotely, high-speed WiFi is provided for your convenience.
