Welcome home! This unique remodel allows for a spacious retreat. Whether you are traveling for work or with your big family, it is nice to have separate bedrooms with king beds, 2 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 2 living rooms. Plenty of space to gather and relax after exploring the city. Long driveway and wide street means plenty of parking and fenced yard for pups traveling with you. Just north of downtown, easy access to major highways, airport, and mountains. Nearby city lakes are fun for playgrounds, parks, and walks.
The Space:
Welcome to your Denver home-away-from-home! This is a single-family home thoughtfully divided into two stylish units, now combined for full-house access. You’ll enjoy two separate living areas, kitchens, and entrances—perfect for families, groups, or anyone who appreciates extra space and privacy. The home has traditional heating/cooling with a smart thermostat, plus stationary fans and space heaters for added comfort. While the home is quiet overall, like any urban setting, you may occasionally hear the normal sounds of city life.

Guest Access:
This home has been uniquely remodeled to allow for 2 separate units for affordable stays. However, this listing is for the entire house where guests will have access to both the main level and the basement. Guests will enter through the front door and receive lockbox code to the basement door.

Downtown Denver (10 min) – Dining, shopping & nightlife
Red Rocks Amphitheater (25 min) – Iconic concerts & hikes
Tennyson Street & Sunnyside – Local shops, bars & cafés
DIA Airport – Easy drive for travelers
Getting Around:
Easy highway access
Uber, Lyft, and public transportation are available
Bike-friendly with scenic trails
Other Things to Note:
Professionally cleaned & sanitized before every stay
Pack ’n Play, extra pillows, and blankets available upon request
Laundromat nearby for extended stays
This home may be listed for sale during your stay. If a showing is requested, we’ll always give at least 24 hours’ notice and check with you first. Showings are completely optional and only happen with your approval. They’re typically quick (about 15 minutes), and a licensed real estate agent will be present the entire time. No need to tidy up or do anything special — we understand you’re living in the space. If you have pets, we just ask that they’re crated or taken with you during any approved showing for everyone’s safety. We’ll always do our best to keep any disruption to a minimum and appreciate your flexibility!
