Perfect place for a group

We had a wonderful stay here. Great location and lovely spaces in and outside. We loved playing shuffleboard and horseshoes and darts. We appreciated all the quick responses to questions and suggestions from the hosts.

Great location close to everything

We came to visit my son who is a student at University of Denver and this location was absolutely perfect. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. We also loved hanging out in the garage playing shuffleboard. Cool bonus!

Lovely home and good location to get around town!

The house was cozy and clean! We loved lounging in the backyard, it was a nice little oasis for drinking coffee in the morning. Great location for getting around to hotspots in town. Very happy with our stay, thank you!

Great Location for Visiting our Son at DU

Everything worked out great with this location. It was easy access to DU and the home accommodated all of us comfortably. It was comfortable and clean. The communication with Danny and Lila was top shelf and they were great hosts. We will book her again when we come back to town. Dan and Sherry

Perfect location Wonderful place to stay!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked for our out of state group. We were here for a brief visit and wedding. The house was conveniently located with easy access to shopping, major highways, etc. Great Bagel shop around the corner plus grocery store across the street. We loved everything about this house and would recommend it to anyone visiting Denver.Owners were great communicators and provided everything needed.

Family Trip

Danny and his assist were amazing during our stay. This home fit my family of 5 perfectly. Great outdoor space to visit and play games. It was very comfortable for our 5 days stay in Denver. Grocery store, coffee, and restaurants right across the street and within walking distance. Good location: Downtown, Union Station, Mile High Stadium and Coors Field is about 20 to 30 minute away. We would definitely stay again if we went back to that area.

First time in Denver

My family (me, my husband, 19 yr old daughter, her friend, 23 yr old daughter, and her boyfriend) all stayed in the house. It was for our oldest daughter’s graduation from DU. House was perfect size. Very comfortable. Plenty of sleeping room. Clean and had everything we needed. Game room in garage was an added bonus. Many shuffleboard games were played. Location to restaurants, grocery store (literally across the street) and downtown Denver was perfect. Everything was within 20 minutes or less. 5 minute drive to DU. Walking distance to many places. Definitely eat at The Brutal Poodle. Denver Beer Company is a great place to go for families with kids of all ages. Overall, I would definitely recommend the house. Would stay there again!!!

Property was clean, well appointed, nice to have game area and grocery store, gas station directly across the street. Street is a bit busy if you have small children. Owners very accommodating and easy to work with. Property was exactly as described with nice beds and big table for families.
