Welcome to my charming 2/1 basement apartment in the heart of Denver’s vibrant City Park West! Our home is historic and I’ve styled it to be both comfortable while still exposing some of its historic charm. Enjoy the incredible walkability to restaurants, coffee, Cheesman Park, City Park, The Ogden, The Fillmore and more! We are steps from 17th Ave - Denver's Restaurant Row! The central location makes catching all of Denver's main attractions, a breeze!

The fully stocked kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals, perfect for nights in. The two adjoining bedrooms, separated by sliding doors, make this a great space for families who appreciate togetherness. For remote workers, high-speed fiber internet (900+ Mbps) and a dedicated workspace make productivity a breeze.

This worked well for us! The bed was definitely soft, locale was quiet and within walking distance of many great restaurants. Only negative is the street parking but that is out of the hosts control.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The location was perfect for our needs, lots of great local cafes and restaurants within walking distance and close enough to city park to take my kids (ages 2 and 4) to play and explore the zoo and science museum! The room layout worked perfect for our family and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Thanks again for everything! We will definitely look to stay here again when we travel back to Denver :)

We loved our 3 night stay at this great little suite. The area is beautiful with many historic houses and mansions in the surrounding blocks. All the excitement of Coldax is just a block away, 10 mins to Ogden Theatre and 10 minutes to the Red Rocks shuttle stop at Illegal Pete’s. Many great restaurants within 10 min walk from the property, and downtown and the RiNO neighbourhoods are about 35 mins away walking.
The apartment itself is small but definitely spacious and big enough for a couple or a family with younger kids. It was very clean and well stocked. Set on a beautiful and quiet street, the location couldn’t be better! Host was responsive and mase sure we were doing okay during the trip.

This place was great! It was exactly what we needed as we were passing through Denver. It was clean, and check in/out was simple. The neighborhood was walkable and we very much enjoyed our stay!
