Due to recent lower reviews , I want to be clear . The area is Urban. homeless people are around walking , we are in the city ,. I do my best to keep the unit clean and safe. I have never had any problems with the neighborhood. If city location bothers you please rent a different space.

Walking distance to parks, breweries, restaurants, and light rail. The aesthetic is understated and relaxed, perfect for coming home to after a busy day of sightseeing, exploring, skiing, or hiking.

There is a small, fully stocked kitchen with Air Fryer that makes great use of space. A coffee maker is provided so you can kick off your day with some coffee. If you prefer your coffee on the go, Starbucks and Brew Culture are conveniently located on Colfax. You can also grab breakfast at Hits the Spot Diner, Syrup, Rupert’s at the Edge or Classic Eats Deli. There is a King Soopers grocery store and a Target across Sheridan from Sloan’s Lake.

NON CIGARETTE SMOKING HOME. I don't mind if you smoke cannabis on the back patio. Odor fee will be charged if the home interior smells like cigarettes or cannabis

No parties or overnight guests who are NOT on the reservation. STRICTLY ENFORCED

Pet policy: (2) small/medium size dogs are ok, please keep them off the furniture. damage to floors, furniture or pet stains will be charged.


Medium dog means smaller than 30lbs. Message me for exceptions
