I really appreciate it if you strip all the beds after each stay so that it gets properly laundered by my maid.

For stays longer than a week: Trash is collected Monday mornings. Please drive to the alley behind the house and place garbage in the Denver County bins located there.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
