  • Unbeatable location in hip Olde Town, this home is around the corner from shops, restaurants & breweries, yet quietly located! Fun decor welcomes you to this super cute & comfy, fully-renovated home! Spend time exploring vibrant Olde Town or use this as a landing pad for taking the light rail (2 blocks away) to downtown Denver or Golden, or jump on nearby I-70 and be at the slopes in an hour or at Red Rocks Ampitheatre in 20 mins. We're excited for you to experience this amazing location!!
    The space
    Cozy, open concept floorplan offers a comfortable space with a smart tv with Xfinity cable, as well as a special closet behind the barn door with books, games, cards, puzzles, toys, and a wifi printer. Full kitchen. Each bedroom has a brand new memory foam mattress, bed with 2 reading lights, side tables & smart tv. Full bath. 3rd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, and kitchenette are in attached addition with a connecting door! All linens included. Backyard with firepit, string lights, & pergola.
