• Living/Kitchenette: Compact kitchenette with induction cooktop, dining setup, skylit ceilings, and gas fireplace in a large great room off of a lush yard and garden
• Comfort & Tech: Independent mini-split heat/AC, free high-speed Wi Fi, keyless entry, and smart TV
• Creative Ambience: Clean but paint-splatter flooring, bright natural light, and an artistic vibe great for work or relaxation

• Pets: Allowed ($25 per night per pet, up to two)—fully fenced yard
• Smoking/Marijuana: Outdoors only (MMJ/420-friendly); no indoor smoking or vaping of any kind
• Privacy & Security: Security cameras at driveway and alley only—none in studio or yard, your privacy is fully respected
• Inclusivity: LGBTQ+ & Straight friendly—welcoming to all
• Housekeeping: Optional linen and cleaning services available for additional fee
• FREE off-street parking: in driveway at front of house + free street parking is plentiful.
