The staff was great and friendly - The blueberry waffles were 10/10 - However, the entire hotel needs to updated - Carpet is old and stained in the hallway, faucets were janky and loose, In one of the two rooms we had the heat/AC unit didnt work - Pool/Hot Tub area was cracked and old , in need of repair. The pool and hot tub themselves were clean though.

Got a non smoking room but I smelled smoke coming in all day from another room. I could see ants in the bathroom. Broken tiles in the bathroom. Water won’t drain quick enough in the tub. Not much in free breakfast. Coffee was as good as hot water. Holes in the ceiling. Patch work on the wall visible. Not a good place to get a good night sleep.

Conveniently located by the hospital. Rooms were cheap , breakfast was good (nice way to start the day without having to worry about that stuff). Checking in and out was quick, efficient. No compliments. Would definitely stay there again

Facility definitely needs work, like new carpets and stuff because it's super stained and kinda dingy. Our room was relatively clean but not soundproof at allll. Breakfast was decent. Pretty close to Red Rocks which is great tho! And staff was friendly. Overall okay visit. Might stay again if it was a bit cheaper.

When we got there the room we were put in someone was in there, they told me that that person was supposed to leave, I kinda realized at that point there was no way they even cleaned the room before I was supposed to be there, other than that the new room we got was great and so we’re the staff just a little concerned on the cleanliness of the rooms

Overall, the stay was good. The hotel is outdated and it shows. Carpet in the hallways needs replacing. First impression seeing the carpet made me feel like the room itself was going to be in bad shape, too. Rooms were clean - however restroom vanities could be updated. Continental breakfast and coffee were excellent and staff was very helpful. I also liked that the hotel is close to the Federal LightRail Station.

The property is poorly maintained. Torn curtains, cut out pieces of hallway carpeting, debris scattered in hallway, glossy paint on walls looks cheap. Marks left on tabletops from someone else’s drink. Bed and breakfast were ok, but first impressions of the hallway and run down room put a bad taste in our mouth. Wanted to cancel second night but it got complicated with Expedia. Hotel staff was gracious and kind…which was good. They upgraded us to a suite on the second night.

I stay here a lot. Have seen major improvement in cleanliness. The staff is excellent. For the lower hotel price, breakfast is adequate. Would prefer real bacon, and maybe a little more variety; i.e, fruit, ham. All in all, this place is reasonable priced, clean, free breakfast.

The pool room smelled like sewer. Our bathtub was dirty Hot Breakfast was some prepackaged eggs and turkey bacon only on some days…not good. I only had yogurt every day. Couldn’t use the pool. The 2 out of 3 reasons we stayed there was a flop. Was hoping for hot tub to warm up after storm at red rocks. The maintenance guy doesn’t get much time off and seems overworked. I’m assuming he doesn’t have much help. The front desk lady was nice The location was good, it was 12 min I think from red rocks. Wouldn’t stay again
