Worst Hotel ever!!!

The room was not as advertised in Hotels .Com. It was so small that I could not believe it. The bathroom was a miniature one with only a toilet seat and a small place to take a shower. It was so small that you will have to put one foot inside the toilet to be able to shower. The worst part was the smell that as soon as I enter the room I have to leave right away. I still don't know what kind of smell it was but was strong and terrible. The only good thing was I call both managers in duty and I told them that I was leaving. I did not care if I loose my prepaid nights and they upgrade my room to batter and larger one but still it was not very clean. I will not recommend this Hotel to anybody.

Tidak sesuai dengan yang ada di Expedia

Saat pertama kali check-in, pemesanan saya via Expedia tidak terdaftar dihotel ini. Dan apa yang tertulis di Expedia tidak sesuai dengan kondisi yang sebenarnya, dimana saya pesan kamar untuk dua orang, namun kenyataannya room yang diberikan hanya untuk satu orang saja (termasuk breakfastnya). Shower buntu, sehingga butuh perbaikan terlebih dahulu. Terakhir kali saat mau check-out juga masih bermasalah dengan kode booking dari Expedia. Rasanya tidak ada sinkronisasi antara pihak hotel dengan Expedia

Masih banyak yang harus diperbaiki

Pada tgl 30 Mei 2014 selama 2 malam saya menginap di hotel ini, disambut ramah oleh staf receptionist hotel, namun saat proses check-in, ada sedikit problem, dimana bookingan saya tidak ada di list hotel, demikian juga terjadi saat check-out dari hotel, kembali masih ditanyakan hal yang sama perihal nomor booking via Expedia. Kondisi kamar mandi saat itu juga tidak bagus, showernya macet, sehingga harus diperbaiki dahulu oleh staff hotel.
