Front staff can’t fault. Nice clean hotel . Very courteous but the restaurant staff have a habit of standing looking while you eat & touching all cutlery & glass tops with fingers. Management shouting at teenage staff for petty things.

This property is a great property to stay at. The check in process was easy and efficient. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean and the bathroom facilities were very good. Nice showers. The restaurant offered a wide variety of foods for breakfast. The restaurant offered a excellent setting to enjoy breakfast. Arachana in the restaurant was very pleasant and accomomoding. The checkout process was great and the area offered uber services of which we availed the service to the local airport. Overall would highly recommend staying here and would be more then pleased to stay here again.

I have to say that the staff were excellent but they could only do so much with a hotel that urgently requires a facelift. Our first room was not to standard, worn and damaged flooring, skirting dirty, privacy curtain in bathroom was dirty and moldy. We were given another room but there were some faults with that too - bed frame was damaged and again the flooring was worn and had seen better days. Breakfast was as expected and good quality. We are world travellers and have stayed in may hotels. We stayed at the Raddison further down the road and had we known we would have stayed there again.
