"Worst experience I have had in my entire life. I am a Hospitality by profession and have never had Such an Experience before. I had a GUARANTEED booking by Hotel.com. I arrived to the Hotel at around 2330 with my wife and 3 kids to find that I had no reservation. The Hotel is located between mountains, no city around and not even road lights. "This is a family run B&B bungalow. Yasemine, her mother, and sister were such a delight! They are all friendly, fast, and always carry smiles on their faces.
