Exceptional Beachfront Living - Milord Sunsets

  • Experience all that luxury beach living has to offer at Milord Sunsets. Located on Barbados' coveted West Coast in Fitts Village, this newly-renovated villa includes modern amenities with a relaxed feel. From the moment you step foot in the entrance, views of the sparkling sea and soft ocean breezes invite you to stop, slow down, and enjoy.

    Each of the three bedrooms opens up to views of the Caribbean Sea with their own en-suite bathroom, air conditioner, ceiling fan, and flat-screen television. The main floor bedroom opens onto the terrace whereas the two upper bedrooms share a covered patio with comfortable seating to relax and view the spectacular sunsets. On this level, there is a bonus room that can be used as an additional lounging/sleeping area.
    The main living space includes an additional full bathroom, open-concept kitchen and dry bar, air-conditioned dining area, and comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV and plenty of books to keep your company. The kitchen includes a new stainless-steel refrigerator and dishwasher as well as a five-burner gas stove. The bar area contains a generous wine/beverage fridge. The outside terrace invites you to dine al fresco at the covered table, sunbathe on one of six loungers, or cool off in the plunge pool. Walk along the tranquil beach and swim in the turquoise water just outside your gate, water shoes recommended. The villa also includes private parking which can accommodate one car.

    Included in your stay is a housekeeper/cook who will prepare delicious breakfasts and lunches six days a week. Ingredients for these meals will be at the guests' expense. If you do decide to leave this little slice of heaven, there are numerous dining options, many within walking distance, as well as a grocery store. Barbados' West Coast offers up some of the finest dining you will find across the globe! Many other activities such as scuba diving, golf, horseback riding and surfing are just a short drive away.

Our trip was fantastic from start to finish. We were greeted by Sophia at the property. She explained everything and we so helpful throughout our entire stay. The house was absolutely stunning and well kept. The views from the property and the sounds of the waves gently rolling made for a relaxing trip. We were more than pleased and Sophia is an amazing chef and pampered us the entire time. We definitely recommend!

Our stay at Milord Sunsets was absolutely magnificent! The villa is beautiful and very comfortable and we all felt right at home. Kaysha was wonderful - our meals were delicious and we was very helpful with advice as we planned our say trips and restaurant choices. (Champers and QP Bistro are ones NOT to miss!) As we begin our travel back to the US, we will take with us fond memories of sandy toes, turquoise ocean, and friendly people here in Barbados. Thank you for the lovely accomodations and hearts full of the many good times spent here!

Spectacular Villa on the Ocean

We had an amazing vacation at Milord Sunsets. The ocean-front accommodations and property were beautiful. The housekeeper/cook was spectacular and so helpful. The food was delicious and the sunsets and access to the ocean and coral are amazing.

Perfect Holiday

Our group of 6 had a great time at Milord Sunsets. The accommodations were perfect, so happy to find it as beautiful as photos suggest. We loved the beach access and plunge pool. Spending a lot of time outside and enjoying meals on the covered patio. Kaysha is a gem, she spoiled us with great meals. We look forward to coming back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Milord Sunsets The house was perfect for us and beautifully presented The views were insane being right on the beach, and the plunge pool added a great chill out option The added value was Kaysha our house keeper and chef- and she was amazing, so friendly, adaptable and helped us get shopping and made delicious local recipes for us to enjoy Would love to return

We had a wonderful 11 night stay! The villa is perfect and we will definitely come back! The highlight of our stay was the return of Majesty(the cat). She is such a sweet little girl. She spent her days lounging with us in the sun and even hung around for sunsets. We will really miss her. And of course Kaysha- Thank you so much for looking after our needs(very few) and making us lunch every day. You made our vacation very enjoyable and relaxing. We hope to see you next year.

Thank you for a magical week here at Milord Sunset! We'll always remember our morning breakfast overlooking the ocean, the hours of snorkeling at the reef, lazy sunsets in the plunge pool and the sound of the waves crashing down in our dreams. We can never forget that crazy cat, Milord and hours playing games at the dining room table. Kaysha has been exquisit and truly made our time here comfortable and homey. Our stay at Milord Sunsets was absolutely amazing. The setting is picture-perfect—an oceanfront paradise with breathtaking views. The house is beautifully designed, with three spacious ensuite bedrooms, each offering stunning ocean views. The upstairs veranda off my bedroom was my favorite spot for morning coffee while watching the sunrise — truly magical. The location is great, with a supermarket and several excellent restaurants just a short drive away. There's direct beach access for swimming (just be mindful of the rocks), and beautiful, quiet beaches stretch along the coastline in both directions. A special highlight was Keysha, the wonderful cook and housekeeper. Her delicious breakfasts and warm, attentive care made our stay completely stress-free. We're already planning our return — highly recommend, five stars!

Great house and great location. Keyshia is wonderful. Helped us with Everything we needed. The house was perfect for us. 6 adults and we all loved the house. Fully equipped kitchen. Right on a beautiful beach. We saw turtles and so much more. We loved Barbados so much. Do not eat at Bikini Beach, worst food on the island and sooo expensive. Beautiful place just crap food.

Nothing short of paradise

The villa is perfect. From the location, the privacy of the beach, the well appointed amenities, the staff etc etc. I would not hesitate to book again. We didn't want to come home.

Great Time

Everything was as advertised, location was amazing with the ocean literally right at the back doorstep. We were no more than 10 minutes from nice shopping and restaurants in Holetown. Andrea and Kaysha were both very responsive whenever anything came up.

This house is PERFECT! It looks just like the pictures, and it exceeded our expectations! It was beautiful, clean, cozy, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Kaysha (the housekeeper) was super sweet, accommodating, knowledgeable, and HER COOKING WAS THE BEST FOOD WE HAD ON THE ISLAND! Don't walk, RUN to book this house (actually don't book it so we can go back lol)!

Warm & Welcoming

The place is warm and welcoming, a perfect stay for a girls trip or a family get together. I love the idea of every room having a view of the beach as well as a bathroom in each bedroom. The pool size is more for relaxation and not for swimming. But all in all the property is breathtaking.

40th Birthday Vacation

Best Barbados trip ever

The whole experience was top notch. The house is stunning with all the amenities you would ever need. Kaisha and Grace and June we so delightful that we miss them already. Just wish we could be back in that ocean with the warm waters and Kaishas chicken curry

We had a truly wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home thanks to Keysha's warm hospitality. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable—her cooking was absolutely amazing and made each day feel like a treat. The home was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the easy access to the beach. It was just a short walk away, and we loved starting our mornings with coffee by the sea.
