This was a no frills place to stay but the room was nice and the front desk guy was friendly. If you are looking for a cheap but nice place to stay, check them out.

A little upcoming gem in Des Moines! The rooms are better than what you typically get for this price and they are upgrading the hotel to be an affordable boutique hotel in the area. The owner, Dennis, was very kind. If you are on a budget, definitely don't let the outside turn you away. Appreciated my stay.

Good room, bad bed.

The room i stayed in was nice, they didn't have much for toilet paper in the bathroom though, but it did have a nice big shower. My only real complaint was the bed, it was hard as a rock.

The property was only accessible from one direction on a very busy divided street. Rooms were excellent. There was no cleaning of the room during my 5 day stay. The staff were very helpful courteous and friendly. It was close to restaurants and shopping. Worked very well for me.

So So for the Price.

Average room basic TV no cable, no top lock on door, also no peek hole to see .. people in and out till 330am , towels were clean and bed was comfortable, also shower had nice pressure.

Staff was friendly, easy check in. Rooms were so much better than I was expecting. All in all the only thing I did not like about this motel was the fact it's in an area that feels relatively unsafe. No problems with the motel itself! It was great for our night there, checked in super late but was met with no issues.

My Cozy stay.

The folks who own and run the place are very gracious, and accommodating. It wasn't at all what I expected. They keep it neat and clean. You can tell there is new ownership. Compared to past visits, it is much, much better.

Outside look not so nice but the inside is really nice and clean. Only thing I didn’t like is the Wi-Fi is super slow.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. No frills basic hotel. Just what we needed. Vending machine was empty. Not that I wanted anything just noticed it getting ice.

It was good for the price, clean and friendly. Don't expect extras like other motels. No microwave, refrigerator in room, no extra locks on doors, all steps. It was fine for just staying one night but wouldn't recommend if staying longer.
