Hollywood Casino & Hotel St. Louis

"The shuttle service to and from the amphitheater is an absolute must. Saves tons of time on getting to and from the venue and you have a dedicated entrance separate from the main entrance so it’s quicker to get in. Leaving has an orderly line that moves fast. The Hotel its self was fine. It’s clean. The staff were great. Everyone was very helpful and nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable and it has a very small mini fridge however no microwave and no microwave available in a common area that we could find"

"We had a short, but very pleasant stay. The hotel is across the street from the arch, and less than 10 minutes drive to many attractions. Staff was great and very helpful!"

"My friends and I had 2 rooms for a girls concert night. upon arrival 1 of the rooms was real hot, they let the front desk know before we left for the evening. When we got back after the concert the room was still hot. They called again and were told nobody entered the room because they were not there. Then were told that it was not a quick fix and there were no other rooms to switch them to. It sounded like they already knew the ax was broke. They could have gone to another hotel, but they didn’t have a car and it was late, they did adjust 1/2 off. They did sleep, but not well because it took a long time as it was really hot. The rest of the hotel was lovely as was the rest of the staff. Disappointed about the one room."

"The room had an amazing view of the arch the hotel is so close to everything. Love the linens so comfortable had everything we needed nice pool and staff was so hands on I got stuck in the elevator late at nite and got me a new key to get in my room I thank you for that"

"Staff was all very friendly even though they were short staffed. Parking is horrible. Valet does not have enough room / spots available. Very limited street parking available. Room was very small. Breakfast area was very clean and had a good variety of hot / cold foods. I would stay here again."
