"Dirty rooms i don't like too leave reviews but this one is concerning finger prints and dust every were ,virtual check in & i guess virtual cleaning too! horrible experience not suites looks more like cheap motel in room don't let the outside fool you think is nice it's a big no ."

"My family came here for spring break. The listing was pretty accurate to reality. I thought the pools were a little disappointing and it was a bit of a hike to get to the beach. The restaurant on premises has good food but is a bit pricey. We took our boat and rented a slip, which was super convenient. That said, the roads and the boat slip were a little difficult to navigate with a large truck and trailer. The beach was absolutely stunning and the water was so crystal clear! The golf course on site was closed, though not sure why, so we couldn’t play. My biggest complaint would be the squirrels in the rafters above the porch swing and the huge roaches. We also had tiny ants inside. The rental would benefit from some regular pest control. Overall I was very satisfied, though, and would book it again. "

"We absolutely loved our stay! The size of our condo was perfect for just my husband and I. Awesome location for those who love the beach AND pickleball! Easy walk to both spots. Staff was super friendly and the check in process was a breeze. We also loved eating at the Sand Flea. We had a wonderful time and plan on visiting again as soon as possible!"

"Well we did not end up bringing our pet. However the pet friendliness was obvious. The scenery was amazing at the beach ( a 3 minute walk across the street from unit) there was an amazing bar and grill on the beach as well. If you like piná coladas lol. We had a great time. All of the shopping was close by and the restaurants were many. "

"Booked this last minute in order to extend a stay. For positives I will say the property manager was nice enough to allow us to store our belongings while they “cleaned”Now for the negatives: this unit is in need of SERIOUS REPAIR! The air conditioning does not work and is being sourced from a sliding door window that is poorly taped. The floors were nasty. There was a huge wet stain in my girls bedroom. No window has all of its blinds. No toilet paper was left. The owner stayed that his son was coming to clean but his son actually lives there with others. There was not adequate bath towels or washcloths. All the furniture is in disarray. This unit is not ran by Holiday Isle. I spoke with the office. It is conveniently located to the beach but that is the only good thing. All of the outlets were coming out of the wall. There was dust build up. I did request a refund for my cleaning fee because it was not cleaned. "
