"There was no check in information sent to me before getting to the property. Checkin was at 4 and could not get into property without calling guest services once getting to the guard shack. Had to call the management company guest services to get into property. The recliner in the property was broken upon arrival and the unit we ended up in did not appear nearly as nice as any of the pictured units when booking. This is my first bad experience using expedia, i want to say the issue lies more so with avari the property management company than with expedia but i was not happy overall. "

The host didn’t message us back about the issues. Pros it was a great location. The pool was amazing and it was heated. The beach was right outside the door. The grocery stores were in walking distance. Overall if everything gets updated it would be a decent place to stay. "
