This amazing, beautifully renovated, premier corner unit # 1201 condo at Pelican Beach Resort has commanding views of the Gulf of Mexico from two sides and every room. Enjoy NEW upgrades throughout, including granite counters, fine furnishings, new décor, a beautiful electric fireplace and full-size, high-end appliances to assist you in the kitchen. Renovations also include new paint, new baseboards, new door trim, all new Vinyl flooring, new curtains, new living room ceiling fans, and a new kitchen table and bar stools and smart TVs throughout. The condo has TWO private balconies offering breathtaking views of the expansive shoreline, perfect for enjoying picturesque sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy the convenience of your very own brand new GE washer and dryer, a large smart flatscreen TV in each of the bedrooms and the living room. Enjoy high speed internet for streaming. This condo has a hearing impaired smoke detector.

After a fun relaxing day spent taking advantage of the many Pelican Beach Resort community amenities, come home to a beautifully furnished gourmet kitchen, plush sectional sofa– perfect for taking in a blockbuster movie or watching waves crash. The master suite has a private gulf-front balcony, a king-size bed, an adjoining bathroom with a large jetted tub, a separate shower, and dual sinks. The second bedroom offers a gulf-front view, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a twin-over-full bunk bed. Enjoy our full size Arcade game recently added to the bunk room with Ms.Pac-man, Galaxian and other Arcade games. The second full bathroom is located next to the second bedroom, with access from the hall. Pelican Beach Resort community amenities include 3 pools, a hot tub, and two fitness centers. Also right on property there are designated Self Pay EV Charging spots for convenience, if you have an EV!

We had the best vacation! The condo views are amazing! I sat on the balconies (2 of them!!) every time I came to the room. Plenty of room for my family of 5. The kids loved the arcade game in their room! We will return!

Was a lovely unit with great views! Two balconies! Soaking tub in the master. Close to the elevator. Very convenient. Centrally located in Destin.

Loved this place. Felt bad not bringing the kids as I know they would have loved it. The Ms Pac-Man machine would have made their vacation. We enjoyed playing it one night. Would definitely come back to this unit. My only complaint was the bed was very firm. It was a very nice mattress just not my preference. Everything else was great

Fall Break

The property was exactly as described, and we enjoyed the balcony and view. The condo we stayed in was excellent, but I must say the beach at the facility was extremely crowded and you couldn't get an umbrella and chairs if you wanted to, none available. We are seniors and had 2 small beach chairs, did sit on the neighboring property and were asked by security to leave. The other property was empty and I felt that was unnecessary. We normally enjoy the beach, but not this time.

Could Be Better

Check in process was a breeze, arival into the room was just as pictures showed. Then as we started to unpack was where things feel short - the dining room table/chairs was so badly put together that we couldn't sit at it for the fear of the wobbly table falling apart. Son was in bathroom and yells that sink wont drain...we go investigate and the drain plug is so full of hair it wouldn't drain, not to mention the smell. Proceeded to unpack bathroom - both over the toilet shelving units were so wobbly we feared putting anything on them. Patio furniture was rusting apart - literally chunks of rust on ground. As for the positive the kitchen was well stocked and location was perfect. Would we book again - NO. For what was spent and the issues above we would go elsewhere.

Best Condo Ever!

Awesome ocean front views, corner room . Living room and master bedroom balcony. Exceptionally clean. All the appliances were high end and worked great. Location is perfect. Everything you need is super close. Numerous choices of resturants, groceries, and liquor all in a 10 mile radius. The tiki bar and cafe on site were great and reasonably priced. Highly recommend the beach chair service, Ivar was awesome, definitely book ahead to get front row! My husband and i are in our early sixties, we took my mom, 83 and our grandson, 15. It was perfect for all of us and zero complaints. You won't regret booking this condo

Beautiful condo with spectacular views!

We loved the condo we stayed in! Corner unit with beautiful views from all rooms! The condo was freshly decorated, nice bath linens, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals.Our condo was the envy of two other families staying in different condos!!While visiting, we made the trip to the Naval Air Museum in Pensacola - amazing! We rented a pontoon for the day to visit Crab-island and navigated the back bay. Was definitely a highlight.The rest of the week was spent relaxing at the pool and beach, and daily beach walks.We will definitely return!!

Beautiful condo

This was a beautiful condo and we enjoyed our stay. My only suggestions is to have a rug as you come inside the condo so you don’t track in sand. Also bigger bath mats would be wonderful. Overall it is a must stay and I will definitely remember this next year.

Pelican Beach

The condo went rented was clean and nice. Not the biggest or fanciest but it was as advertised, the views made up for the size. Once you were in the condo it was fine but the property overall is tired and crowded. We were in a corner unit beachside and could see everything. But downstairs was just gross. The elevators are dirty and beat down, the “lobby” is plain and gross. You go out a sliding glass door to get to the pools and beach and there’s one small bathroom next to the door to service 3 swimming pools and the men’s room was out of service the entire time we were there so basically the pools were urinals. The beach is beautiful as well as the water. I did really like the way they do the beach setups. If you don’t want to rent a setup you can bring your own chair/ umbrella but you have to put it behind the rentals. I will say security was very present and didn’t mind telling people that they could not put their personal things in front of the rentals. They also heavily monitored to see if people had the resort bracelets on. IMO the clientele was a little rough and we even witnessed a fight between some people on the 3rd floor with people in the pool below that was extremely loud and vulgar with children present. We could hear it from the beach. I personally would not stay at Pelican Beach again. I’d drive the extra hour to Seaside. It overall wasn’t a relaxing beach vacation.
