There may be times the elevator will not service a specific floor, and guests must take 1 flight of stairs. The outdoor hot tub, outdoor pool (not heated), indoor pool (heated), fitness center (except for the Spa area and fitness restrooms), Joe Schmo's Bar and Grill, and Sea Store are open. The splash pad and indoor hot tub are closed. Front building parking is somewhat limited - guests may be directed to the overflow lot across the street during high demand dates. We apologize for any inconvenience. **

The condo is located smack dab in the heart of Destin offering easy access to all of the best dining, shopping, and entertainment the Emerald Coast is known for! There are so many activities to enjoy, including:

✔ Central Destin location with many shops and restaurants and seasonal fireworks shows!
✔ Fun times with easy access to The Back Porch, Big Kahunas Waterpark, The Track, Uncle Bucks Bowling, and more!

HOUSE RULES SUNDESTIN
• Beach service available for an additional fee by LaDolceVita - please contact them for pricing and reservations.
• Minimum age to book is 25. Primary guest must remain on property for the full stay.
• This is a pet-free property. No guest pets permitted, including emotional support animals.
• Check-in begins at 4:00 pm CST | Check-out is by 10:00 am CST
• Guests will check in with the front desk to receive parking pass and door code. Bring your license plate number.
• Smoking, vaping, drugs, and firearms are not permitted inside the property or on the balcony or outdoor areas.
• Maximum occupancy includes all guests of all ages. Exceeding occupancy may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Before departure, please remove trash and food and start the dishwasher.
