A short 75 yard stroll takes you right to the sugar sand beach and emerald green waters of the Gulf. The family friendly pool, coin laundry room, and charcoal grills are also just a few feet outside your back door. Inside, a new KING sized bed and plantation shutters are featured in the bedroom. The bright kitchen boasts full-sized stainless appliances and granite countertops that make preparing your meals a joy. Whether you need to rinse off in the shower or relax in a bath, the shower-tub combo in the refreshed bathroom with new fixtures has you covered. And unloading your luggage and groceries couldn't be easier with numerous parking spots just outside your entry door - no stairs needed! Tiled throughout, this NONSMOKING unit will sleep 4 people.

Beach Service – If you didn’t pre-reserve beach chairs, just stop by the beach hut or call the Excel team at In addition to chairs and umbrellas, Excel offers kayaks and paddle boards for rent, as well as an assortment of snacks and drinks.
Tennis, Basketball, Pickleball, and Shuffleboard – Forget your gear? No worries, you can check out rackets, balls, and more at the front desk at no charge!
Grilling Out – In the busy months of spring and summer, many families opt to grill out rather than go out. We have eight charcoal grills available. There are several seafood markets nearby, including Blalock’s which is just a block to the west (p.s., their tuna dip is a must try!).
Fitness Center – Did you know we have a fitness center in the Penthouse building? Just stop by the front desk to borrow the key.
Family Activities – There’s always something fun on the itinerary at Silver Dunes:
• Annual Easter Egg Hunt in the Courtyard – Easter Sunday, 9 am in the courtyard
• Scavenger Hunts – Throughout the Spring – for children of all ages! Just stop by the office to pick up your scavenger hunt necessities. Once you’ve collected everything, stop back by the office to pick a surprise from the Silver Dunes treasure chest!
• Movies in the Courtyard – Bring a picnic blanket, your beach chairs, and join us on Mondays at dusk throughout June and July. We show a different family-friendly movie each week.
• S’mores Nights with Live Music at the Pool –Wednesday nights are awesome at Silver Dunes! Throughout June and July, the firepits will be out, s’mores roasting, and tunes playing!
