The Space:

Soft coastal light and harbor breezes frame your stay on Holiday Isle, where mornings unfold with views of the water and evenings invite you to gather across multiple indoor and outdoor spaces. From wraparound balconies to the rooftop deck, you’re surrounded by Destin’s shoreline scenery while still close to the beach and harbor.



Sleeping arrangements

This three-level home accommodates up to 24 guests across 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Floor 2 features three king suites with ensuite bathrooms, plus a queen built-in bunks bedroom with a bathroom that sleeps 8. Floor 3 offers two additional king suites and another queen built-in bunks bedroom with a bathroom, along with a luxury queen air mattress. A queen memory foam sofa sleeper is available in the living area. Several bedrooms on Floor 2 open to a wraparound balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor.



Indoor living

Designed for groups, the home includes multiple gathering areas across its levels. You’ll find a main living room and a second living room with a wet bar, kitchenette, ice machine, and TV, along with additional bar areas for casual conversations. A private elevator connects all floors. Everyday comforts include air conditioning, heating, WiFi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, and bathroom essentials. Entertainment options include TVs, a pool table, board games, and a Pack ’n play/travel crib.



Outdoor living

Outdoor spaces are a highlight, starting with a resort-style pool with cascading waterfalls and a hot tub. Patios with seating and loungers surround the pool, while a semi-enclosed covered event area on Floor 1 offers generous space for gathering. The rooftop deck provides sweeping 360-degree views of the Gulf of Mexico, Destin Harbor, East Pass Bridge, and Crab Island. Additional patios, balconies, outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill, backyard space, and beach essentials round out the experience. Beach access on Holiday Isle is nearby.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is equipped for group meals and everyday cooking, complemented by a dining room on Floor 3 with beach views. A second kitchenette on Floor 2 adds convenience when hosting larger groups.

Miles of relaxing white-sand beaches to walk, some great shore fishing, deep-sea fishing right in the harbor, and some of the most authentic waterside experiences this little slice of Northwest Florida paradise has to offer.
