Gorgeous Top Floor Penthouse! On The Beach! Amazing Views! Close To Everything!

We have two units side by side. Unit 1814 is Vrbo property number 1945753 and unit 1815 is property number 1013753 Same floor plan and views in both and Chris is the owner so you know it’s nice and you’ll get the best service ever.

This spacious and luxurious one bedroom beach front condo at Destin's fabulous SunDestin Beach Resort is right on the beach. The condo sleeps 5 and has the most amazing full views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as a nice city view from both the living room and the master bedroom!

From your private balcony, gaze at the dolphins in the crystal clear waters of the gulf, the white sand beach or because of its slight western angle, even the action of the city! It has the best of all three worlds! The western angle provides more privacy than other units and eliminates any noise from the pool or kids play area so that you can have the most peaceful private stay that only a penthouse can offer.

There's plenty of space and seating in the living room with a full-sized sofa bed couch that is extremely comfortable due to having an actual inner spring queen mattress with foam that sleeps like a regular queen bed. Living room is very comfortable for watching the flat screen TV or DVD player for movies or just taking in the beautiful views of the ocean while sitting. It also a has a nice dining area with table and chairs.

The kitchen is beautifully appointed with all the needed appliances, large counter top and fully-equipped with everything needed to cook a family meal. It also has a window that overlooks the city and the bay!

Wake up to the same gorgeous views right from your master bedroom. Its ocean front as well with its own private balcony access! It has a KING bed, and a twin roll away bed in the closet for an extra person, private bath with its own closet, full-sized closet with a box fan, iron and board, private sliding doors to the balcony, flat screen TV and alarm clock. The balcony is very large, has a table and two chairs and the AC unit is NOT on the balcony to disturb you like other units!

Another bonus! SunDestin’s extra amenities: Outdoor Tiki Bar, Fitness Center with a Hot Tub, Sauna & Steam room, Outdoor courtyard with BBQ grills, indoor and outdoor pools and kids water playground. The resort offers an on-site convenience store and Restaurant at SunDestin, you will be within walking distance to restaurants, shops, Big Kahuna Waterpark and many other area attractions. Adults must be 21 or older to rent unless otherwise approved by owner.

BEST PLACE TO STAY!

Communication was beyond amazing! Condo was clean and had all the extra touches you need on vacay. Master bed is very comfy. AC works great. Kitchen very well equipped. On site parking pass included with stay. Laundry on premises if needed. Cute little shop in lobby for anything you want or forgot. View from the balcony is gorgeous and beach access is right there. I will stay in this condo for any future Destin staying!!

Wonderful trip to Destin!

We had a great time in Destin and this place was amazing. It was super clean and Chris was wonderful to deal with. Any questions I had were answered quickly. I would recommend renting an umbrella and chairs to ensure you have a great spot at the ocean. We did this and never felt rushed to get to the front row.

First the owner and the propert management are amazing! All the information up front very responsive and made our stay easy. Breathtaking Views

The host was so easy to work with, and very informative. The property itself was great for families… quiet, not over crowded, and literally has everything you need. The views are stunning, you have the best view of the ocean and the city along with both the bridges coming into Destin. Also perfect view of the fireworks on Thursday night. I can’t say enough how beautiful it is, just have to see it for yourself. Will definitely stay here again. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

Everything was exactly like photos. Chris was great communicating with us and making sure we were enjoying our trip. Only issue but not a deal breaker is the parking. They only give one pass per room. If you have additional vehicles, they have to park across the street behind chick fa la which is a good little walk. The view is beautiful. We also loved the waitress that came on beach to take drink and food orders. Great place to stay!

Unit 1815 excellent condo and view

My gf and I stayed in 1815 and I recommend it highly for couples. We walked in the room and were blown away by the view from the door. We ran out to the balcony before we even checked out the place. When we did it was just like the pictures. Very clean, well decorated and laid out. Chris left a welcome note and a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. Very communicative owner and you will not want for anything in this condo.

What a wonderful week we had staying here. It was exactly as pictured and stated. Very nice and very comfortable. Loved being on top floor and loved that it was 1 1/2 bathrooms. Owner communication is great. LOVE that door is opened with code. No need to worry about key !!! Had everything that you need except your suit and towel!!!! Loved that SunDestin had 4 elevators.

Wonderful and amazing place to stay in Destin!

My family and I stayed for a week and absolutely loved the condo! Pictures are incredibly accurate. The place was very clean. And the view. Seriously cannot get any better! Having a view of the ocean and the city of Destin was perfect! We stayed the week of Fourth of July and the amount of fireworks we saw just from the balcony was awesome. Chris, the owner, was wonderful and even left a bottle of wine with a note on the counter! He was easy to get in touch with and responded/answered any and all questions I had. I highly recommend Chris’ place and my family would book his place in a heartbeat the next time we plan a trip to Destin!

Relaxing Beach Condo

We had a lovely, relaxing stay in this condo. We have 3 kids, and with the sofa bed and roll away bed, everyone had a place to sleep. The view was really nice because you have half of a beach view and half of a city view. Definitely different than anywhere we have stayed. Our kids enjoyed the heated indoor pool and hot tub because the outdoor pool was still pretty cold. There is not a washer and dryer in the unit, so be sure to bring some change for the washer and dryer located on the same floor. Chris, the condo owner, was very helpful and kind all along the way. He even left us a welcome card and gift upon our arrival.
