Amenities include professional ice maker and wet bar on 1st floor. Open concept living, dining and kitchen areas on the 2nd floor welcome Gulf views from its wall of windows and balcony. Updated kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, an island with plenty of workspace, and a breakfast bar. Master suite offers double vanities and a large walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms and morning kitchen are found on 1st floor. Centrally located within minutes of town's major shopping centers, restaurants, and supermarkets.
