Please note that this is the smaller 2BR/2BA floor plan in the building which accommodates only 4 (including all adults and children).

The second very small bedroom now has a new queen sized bed and a full bath. It has a LCD smart TV and a DVD player. The bathroom is shared from the living area. While there is no in-built closet in the room, there is a wardrobe in the room.

The Living room sofa converts into a queen bed.

Kitchen is well appointed with pots, pans, dishes, silverware.

There is a stackable washer and dryer as well as a large pantry for your convenience.

Towels and linens as well as a starter kit of dish soap/powder, and toiletries are provided.

Please NOTE:
You will pay a $15 per person fee (for your entire stay - not per day) to use the amenities at the property. This amount will have to paid directly to the HOA office.

Violation of any of these 3 policies will result in immediate eviction as well as forfeiture of your entire security deposit plus additional charges for cleaning and damages.
