This bright, beachy rental is ideal for your next Gulf Coast getaway for two or fun-filled solo adventure. This casual studio comes with everything you need for a great time including a well-equipped, full kitchen with counter seating for four, a furnished balcony, and a sunny, open layout. The complex itself offers shared pools, tennis courts, a fitness room, a nine-hole golf course, and easy access to a private beach.

Beach Service for the 2022 season (March 1st - October 31st) is included with each rental. This service includes two beach chairs and one umbrella.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great condo by beach.

This was just awesome spot. Clean , cool and convenient. Priced right and really well maintained. Like a hotel room plus kitchen for much less! I will definitely visit again and highly recommend!

Sandpiper cove is a great place to stay! The condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The murphy bed is not comfortable and needs to be replaced with a regular bed and for this I had to deduct a star.

Cutest Condo Ever

This condo was absolutely perfect for our stay in Destin! It’s located close to the front of the property so not far of a walk to the beach. Also, right by a nice pool! We will definitely try to reserve this exact condo next year!

Clean and easy for to enjoy. It’s a very short 5 minute walk to the ocean. Rick’s Sandtrap bar and grill is a really great thing to have. You can eat on the beach without having to drive anywhere. That’s a Big Plus.

We loved the location and amenities of this condo, the unit is right at the front of the complex so quick to cross the street and hit the beach! It was also right next to one of the pools. The complimentary beach services was also really nice. Condo itself was decent for a studio, a little bit dated but not a big deal. The bed felt like a full sized bed and not a queen. We enjoyed the stay overall and would consider this place next visit.

Last minute booking

We normally stay with a family member in the same condos. The condo was sold so they were moved to a one bedroom. We booked in mid January. The room was clean. The mattress on the Murphy bed could definitely be upgraded. The bathroom was comfortable for use. Definitely needs a mat in tub so nobody slips. The water adjustment in the shower takes a little bit to fine tune. The storage is good for your personal belongings. I like this area because it is close to great shopping and awesome restaurants. We have our favorites. We have been coming to Destin for years. Overall, I would be back with a new mattress!
