Dirty carpeting, dirty floors throughout, appliances in in poor condition, furniture old, uncomfortable. did not even want to walk around in room without shoes. Very uncomfortable bed. Had a nice balcony, with a terrific view. All in all would not recommend to anyone, very slow response to complaints from property management, thanks to Expedia we were able to relocate.

The location was great. They need to update that there is still construction going on. The main issue I had was the place was not really that clean mainly the bathroom. The shower curtain was nasty and dirty and the tub had mold. I took pictures but there is no where to upload on here. There are instructions to access cable on the main TV but it didn’t work and very difficult to navigate using the TV. They need one remote not a bunch it’s way too easy to get a universal remote. The TV in the bedroom worked fine but it is so small and who wants to watch a football game on a tiny old TV.

Unfortunately, I was not informed that the resort was undergoing renovations, and our family was very limited in what we could do. The person who handled the check-in (I didn't get their name) was very cold and unhelpful, only answering questions with a simple yes or no. The room we stayed in (Vacasa) was in terrible condition (missing towels and with the balcony very dirty with pigeon droppings). In short... we had to clean it ourselves and adapt, since we had paid and traveled a long distance (from Massachusetts). The phone support was useless, as they didn't resolve anything, and we were not contacted after check-out for any kind of apology or compensation. I don't believe we will return or recommend this place to anyone.

We travel to Florida at least 4 times a year. Winter trips are part of our vacations so we know what to expect when traveling this time of year. When we arrived the place was under renovation which we were aware of. We received a letter stating the renovations would be done in 2024 (it was December 30th 2025)and that the outdoor pool is the only pool we arent able to use due to the renovations. The front desk informed us that all the pools have been closed for renovation and Vacasa should have notified us. They did not! We stayed in room 1809 when we got off the elevator it looked like something from the walking dead! There was wood everywhere, boarded up walls, mold on the wood, and broken lights. Our room smelled molded but later we found out the sink was leaking and had two mop buckets under it thats where the smell was coming from. The living room wasnt even close to the same photo posted on the listing. The couch smelled and had stains all over it. The master bedroom had makeup, hair, and dirt in the sheets. There was electrical wire exposed on the balcony. We can get over the renovations but the filth is something we cant move on from. We had to move our family at 1 am to a new hotel. It was so disappointing. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. This place really needs to be torn down and replaced with an updated resort. I have photo proof of all the claims I have made.

To be honest, I booked this resort because of the view from the balcony! I had unobstructed views of the White Sand beach & blue water from my balcony. That part of my stay made up for any construction & renovations that are going on (and/or needed) at the hotel. The resort, as of November 2025, is undergoing major renovations and upgrades. Staff were nice.

Room was fine but the construction was so loud and started very early around 7-7:30am. It went all day and could be heard on the beach over the waves. I could find no mention of any on going construction on the hotel.com site, warning us of it. Bathroom was missing 2 light bulbs and the toilet paper holder.

There is currently construction beings done at this property and we were not made aware when booking. I booked for a beach view and because the room was above the indoor pool, it blocked the beach view. The first day there had no air conditioning because it was broke. Was under the impression the kids splash area was working but it was not. Overall the construction noise was horrible and the dust from it gave me trouble the ENTIRE time with my sinus. If I knew any of this before hand, I would have definitely picked a different place. Oh not to mention the front door wasn’t easily accessible due to it being blocked off from the construction machines.

I really liked how the property was centrally located to literally everything. Even though the property itself was under construction, it did not impede any of our activities. All of the construction workers were very polite and would let guests on the elevators to get in and out. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I wish someone would've explained the extent of the renovation currently being done on this location. The main lobby was fine but once you got on your floor, it felt like a half abandoned building. The suit condo inside was fine. The kitchen and the view/deck area saved the place. Door knobs falling off, phone to the lobby didn't work, major water damage to the bathroom door, among other things. Again, under renovation but it would have been nice to know the extent. Location was excellent. Beach was excellent.

The condo was very dirty, in all areas but particularly disgusted by the bathroom and shower curtain. We ended up buying a $3 shower curtain because it was that bad and moldy? The bathroom light went on and off randomly. The carpet was very dirty and condo was overall dusty. Needs a deep clean. However we did not spend much time in the room and found the beach access to be wonderful. We enjoyed the shop in the building with convenient buys and fairly priced items. Overall it was an enjoyable trip if beach time is what you are after. This is not a place for relaxation in the condo.

The room cost was very reasonable. The room was very clean and spacious and the elevators were fast. The location was IDEAL !!! I plan on staying here again. We found out afterwards that our floor was managed by a different company than the one that manages the entire building. Vacasa. They gave us bad information. They said there was no front desk to check in - wrong. They said there was a lockbox and a key - wrong. Check in was VERY confusing and frustrating until my wife went inside and found out that there was a front desk. The staff was super helpful and the rest of the stay was a joy !! Now that we have been there once, we won’t go anywhere else.

I pay extra for a room with ocean view, and they just give me a room were you can barely see the water, I call and whoever answered told me they were gonna call me, and they never did, the place is nice, it was clean and with everything you need to cook, but it’s upsetting making an effort to pay extra for a room, and then you get something completely different, for me that’s a way to trick people by saying “ocean view” just cause you can see a small part of it, they should be more honest in the description and the pictures, so you ain’t paying for something that is not real!
