From the newly-renovated outdoor pool to beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and outdoor tiki bar, you’ll find everything you need on the premises! Check out the exercise room, the gift shop in the lobby, and enjoy complimentary DVD rentals at your leisure. Unwind in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room and capitalize on the over 3,000 s.f. of meeting spaces, perfect for hosting professional or personal functions for a crowd. Should any questions arise, our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk.



SunDestin Unit 0607 is a delightful one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. You’ll find everything you need in this lovely sanctuary away from home. Prepare full meals to enjoy in the unit, or assemble snacks for lazy days at the beach in the fully appointed kitchen. With seating for four at the dining table, there’s plenty of room for all!



Enjoy beautiful views from the private balcony or curl up on the queen-sized sofa bed in the living room and catch a game on the flat screen television. At day's end, retire to the master suite, equipped with a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bath for your convenience.



Hang out on property during your stay, or venture out to enjoy the many activities abundant in this community. Golf, fishing, snorkeling, and boating are prevalent in Destin,FL, and all can be accessed quickly. Book a boat excursion at Destin Boardwalk, five minutes away, or spend a day on one of four unique courses at Sandestin, just a twenty-minute drive from SunDestin Beach Resort!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Please note: As part of an exciting resort enhancement project, some amenities at SunDestin Beach Resort are currently under construction, including the restaurant, and outdoor pool.



During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
