Waterview Villa~Steps to Beach~Pool~King Bed

Summary:
Amazing location with the lakeside and Gulf-side views from balconies spanning the front and back of the home. This townhouse is in the Crystal beach area of Destin and is the ground level of a two-story unit. While relaxing in the living room, enjoy a view of the lake or catch beautiful gulf views out front. The Seasonally heated Pool and beach are both only a few steps away. With a king bed in the master and a full over full bunk in the guest room, this villa can sleep a total of 6 guests.

The Space:
The beautiful sandy beach is only a few steps across the street and you can use the tunnel out front to get to it so you don't have to use the street. This is the lower unit of a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom townhome. It is lakefront on the back side and has a private furnished balcony to enjoy the views and have an outdoor dining experience. The front of the home has a sitting area and is only steps from our community pool which is heated from Mid February through April. All guests have access to the pool, the pool bathrooms, and the outdoor showers which are near the pool. There are also several charcoal BBQ pits near the pool area that are available to use during your stay, charcoal is not provided. There are waterfront restaurants and shopping all within walking distance, so you can't beat the convenience of this location. We provide beach towels, chairs and toys.

This was the perfect way to getaway! If your jam is scenic, peaceful views with quiet morning coffee from a spacious porch, this will bring you all the vacay feels! Amazing villa in Destin

We have stayed at this neighborhood for over 4 years now. This villa was one of the best! Over sized balcony with everything you need (beach chairs, beach toys, tent, outdoor table and chairs) inside was renovated and pleasant. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were clean and spacious. Full size bunk bed even has a bed that comes out! Outstanding place looking forward to rebook!

Great Family Beach Vacation Home

The property was very clean and matched the listing perfectly. Its proximity to the beach and pool was ideal, making it easy for us to enjoy both. Family vacation

The primary bathroom shower pressure was so strong it felt like bullet pellets. We all showered in the guest bathroom and ran out of hot water every use. Once we had someone come and occupy the top floor it was very noisy when they moved around. We enjoyed the turtle watching on the balcony and appreciated the great air conditioning. Overall we had a good time.

Outstanding Stay for Our Girls Motorcycle Trip!

We recently stayed at this incredible VRBO for a girls' motorcycle trip to Destin, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the attention to detail and the sheer comfort of the place. The home is beautifully decorated, with a perfect mix of modern style and cozy charm. Every room was immaculately clean, and the beds were so comfortable that we all had amazing sleep after long days of riding. But what truly set this property apart were the amenities. Everything we could possibly need was provided. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, including high-end appliances, cookware, and even a coffee bar that was perfect for our early mornings. There were plenty of towels and beach gear, which we took full advantage of. The outdoor space was perfect! The patio area was perfect for unwinding in the evenings. The location was fantastic too—just a short walk to the beach, with great restaurants and shops nearby. The hosts thought of everything, and it made our stay absolutely perfect. We felt at home and pampered, which made our trip so much more enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and we'll definitely be returning next time we're in Destin!

Perfect, but…

The property owners were fabulous. They were very responsive and easy to work with. They were absolutely wonderful but, if you are hoping to fish don’t book here. No fishing is allowed. I rented this property with the thought that my son would be able to fish while my girls and I enjoyed the beach. When we arrived we were told fishing isn’t allowed. He was completely bummed. We didn’t let it spoil our trip!
