"Spacious, clean rooms and unfriendly staff, with a convenient location for exploring the city. "

"Very enjoyable stay. Was there for 2 weeks to relax between more active trips. The room was nice, comfy, large, and bed was nice. Staff were amazing, and helpful in all things. Restaurant was good, though could be slow at times. The bar, Noya, became a second home with great staff every night I went."

Food was very good. Enjoyed the pool one afternoon. Hotel organised our safari trips, pick up and drop off from the hotel which was great and easy, very grateful for thier help. Location is good, its a short walk to the National Orchid & Biodiversity Park which is definately worth a visit. Great...

"My parents were staying, and they had lovely time. Thank you making my dad’s birthday special."

"We had a nice stay although experienced some hiccups initially including their main restaurant being outside their main bldg was not convenient to steer around with my senior mom. Staff at the front door, buffet restaurant, housekeeping/ cleaning were super helpful. Given a five star expectation was more."

"Staff very friendly. Restaurant food very good. Rooms and furniture are pretty worn out. Mosquito problem. Overpriced."
