"Det første som skjedde når vi kom dit var at resepsjonen prøvde å lure oss. Først påstod de at de ikke hadde en booking fra hotels.com og at vi måtte betale på nytt. Ettwr mye masing og fremvisning av resepsjon kom neste løgn om at de ikke hadde mottatt betaling fra hotels.com. Etter jeg ringte hotels.com sin kundesørvis kom etterhvert «sannheten» frem, de var ikke fornøyd med summen rommet var booket på og ville ha mer betalt. Vi fikk etterhvert bo der på bookingen vi hadde. Hotellet er...

"At one point I became very sick and the staff checked on me every few hours until I felt better. This was above and beyond my scope of expectations. The only downside to our stay was lack of reliability with the Wi-Fi in our rooms. Otherwise, we had no complaints."
