Ettwr mye masing og fremvisning av resepsjon kom neste løgn om at de ikke hadde mottatt betaling fra hotels.com. Etter jeg ringte hotels.com sin kundesørvis kom etterhvert «sannheten» frem, de var ikke fornøyd med summen rommet var booket på og ville ha mer betalt. "At one point I became very sick and the staff checked on me every few hours until I felt better. This was above and beyond my scope of expectations. The only downside to our stay was lack of reliability with the Wi-Fi in our rooms. Otherwise, we had no complaints."
