"Disappointing. The booking form did not make clear the accommodation was a tent. and did not include such basics as towels, Pillows, bedding etc. We were offered a wooden building fully equipped apart from the above. In view of the uncertainty of finding alternative we reluctantly accepted and improvised despite my age (86). We have enjoyed camping in the past but this time we were not equipped for this situation. However it enabled us to meet our need for visiting the area in which my...

"Gîte cochant toutes les cases de nos critères. (Calme, excentré des zones urbaine s, confort, literie...)Gîte atypique, nous avons adorés."

"Lovely old house & gardens, undergoing a full renovation by the enthusiastic owners. We really liked it - if you like a bit quirky, you will like it too. There was also a very impressive & thought provoking WW1 memorial just a few miles away, that was well worth spending time in."

"Hôte très réactif, logement très agréable et fonctionnel "

"Gite très agréable bien que la propriétaire le soit moins."

"Bon accueil. Matelas au top. Je n'ai pas mis 5 étoiles juste à cause du lieu, perdu , avec difficultés à trouver à dîner pas loin. Sinon tout était parfait, avec un plus : le lait frais délicieux, les bons yaourts à portée de main! Je recommande."

"Honestly, there are no words to describe our family stay in this magical house. We spend our Christmas days at this beautiful Maison and we will never forget it. The house is quite big and equipped with everything you need. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and it was perfect. You have everything you need. The outside area was big and very beautiful! So relaxing. My family and I said we would come again and enjoy a nice barbecue "

"Having been told there was plenty of parking we arrived to find a car rally had taken virtually every space. When we enquired whether there would be spaces later on our return from going out for dinner we were told we could park on nearby streets, not very appealling with a fully packed car! In the end the rally had left by the time we got back, though why reception didn't say this heaven only knows! Otherwise a perectly functional hotel well postioned for visiting the local area."

"Convenient"

"I was in the area of Albert, France to tour sites associated with the WWI battle of the Somme in 1916. I thought this place was just wonderful. The room I had was clean and comfortable with a very nice modern walk in shower. The hostess/owner, Muriel spoke English which I appreciated. She did a fabulous job on the breakfast each morning. It's just a couple of miles away from the town of Albert and she told me that there is a factory down at the end of the road that makes parts for Airbus planes...

"J'ai beaucoup apprécié endroit très bien le lit confortable accueille parfait, le petit-déjeuner au beau petit soin. Je recommande vivement."

"First of all, the room didn’t resemble any of the pictures shown on the website. Our room reeked of old cigarr and we had to have our Windows opened at all times. The beds were not comfortable and really worn out, and the toilet and the shower resembled more those found aboard ships. The staff couldn’t speak one Word in english, but Google translate did the trick. The breakfast was really simple with limited options. We were not satisfied with the overall experience."

"Séjour professionnel, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et aux petits soins avec vous. Le logement est très bien équipé et fonctionnel"

"On the whole we were disappointed with the hotel."

"We had a great time at the house. Yoann was a great host. He lives in the neighbouring building which is very helpful,The house is perfect for larger family groups and is close to local shops for breakfast and cafes and restaurants for other meals. Thanks Yoann"

"Basic accommodation. Nice lounge area"
