"With such a large group checking in at the same time, the front desk staff handled the situation professionally and patiently assisted each guest in settling in quickly. The rooms were clean and cozy, with excellent amenities, and the hotel's central location was very convenient. I truly appreciated that they let us leave our luggage at the hotel, which spared us from carrying it on our short trip to Wengen. This made the trip much more enjoyable for everyone.
