"Very clean, beautifully appointed spacious room with a comfortable, large bed. Our host was very kind and helpful and provided a lovely breakfast. We hope to return and explore the area more fully. "

"Many things are very good. The location is near the river at Port d’Envaux Communication in English is a little difficult. We ended up with a large saucepan of hot milk to make our morning tea!"

"We had the most amazing holiday in the most beautiful house and surroundings. The house was spacious and well designed. The pool with the cover and seats at the end were genius. Everything was perfect, Jean - Michel and Nathalie were responsive, helpful and made us so welcome. Absolute paradise."

Bonne continuation."

"A perfect quiet place to relax. This is the place if you want to read a book, take a swim or just sit in the sun. Get down to the river where you’ll find a bar which also sells food. A pizzeria and another restaurant within 5 minutes walk of the gite. Hosts are really friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The gite has everything you need. A supermarket is not far away. We would thoroughly recommend it and we will be back."
