"This was an excellent stay! It was a surprising little hideaway in what I consider to be a remote place. It’s not The Four Seasons, but it is clean, safe, quiet, offering all of the things that one needs for a comfortable stay. The only thing in the room that didn’t work was the actual phone, which, if you have a cell phone, is really not a deal at all. Pretty comfortable bed, nice spacious bathroom, ample parking, and wonderful staff! Bob was so great and very helpful! And, I was so very happy...

"The staff was very helpful . Our GPS stopped working and a staff member went on her computer to print out mapquest directions for us . On the negative side, the TV screen was blown so TV did NOT work . I reported this to staff at check in . We were not planning on watching TV so that was not a big deal . There was a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door , so the cleaning staff missed that one . Other than that , we were satisfied with our stay ."

It is off-grid, with the solar lights and wi-fi working well, and Onalee was such a lovely host - responsive, good communicator, and she followed through in every way. "Wonderful place to stay. Everything you need was provided in case you forgot to bring it with you. Living room comfortably sits 6 with YouTube tv provided. Property was quite and fire pit in rear added to country living experience. I have already recommended this property to several friends and plan to return in spring."

"We stayed the weekend visiting family and also visited Cooperstown which is about an easy hour drive. The Art Deco Victorian is a beautiful Victorian home decorate to define its name. Spacious 3 bedroom, corner lot with a great back yard that includes 2 parking spots on an asphalted portion of the yard. There are porches to each unit. "Thousands of mouse dropping by entrance. Have to step in to enter. Cabin smelled like mouse urine throughout. Large ants everywhere. Multiple screws loose and missing from stair case in cabin. Very unsafe. We left after one night short of our reservation. We only stayed 10 hours in the place and only because we were exhausted from traveling. Host refused to refund as he said I signed up for a “ cabin experience “. What a joke !!!!"

"We loved this cozy place to stay. Matt and Eliza were genuinely friendly and attentive. The cottage is sweetly decorated and the small kitchen has everything you might need for an overnight. Really enjoyed the coffee in the morning. Bed very comfortable with extra blankets. The little fireplace in the sitting room put out a nice warmth for the cool Sept evening.
