"First, they charged us for 3 nights. I let them know that we missed a flight from Buenos Aires to Puerto Madryn. I sent via Expedia but was charged for night before we arrived. I asked for Ā½ off but they said no. Room was hot and wouldnt cool. Poor shower as well."
