"Family owned and run hotel. This is right on the water at the juno beach pier. Has an attached restaurant that had extremely quick service with good food! 10min delightful walk to the juno beach center! Rooms are by no means sound proof and could hear others speaking in their rooms (mumbles not clear). The bed was comfy and room was small. Would certainly stay again if to do another euro trip!"

After making unrefundable booking, owner told me bedding & towels were not included and sent me to a property management website, which had no information on how to order bedding and did not reply to my message. I contacted owner prior to arrival and found that bedding was not available. Owner refused to provide refund. This was the worst experience I've had in over 10 years...

No response and then I tried to phone but the number did not work. Finally just before 10 pm the host brought a sheet, 2 pillow cases, duvet cover, 2 towel, and one dish towel.
