"La habitación no estaba demasiado limpia, sobre todo la parte de la cocina. El sofá cama estaba sucio y roto, y hacía mucho sonido cada vez que te dabas la vuelta. En la página web no ponía que la piscina climatizada tenía coste adicional y cobraban 15 euros por persona por persona."

We were told that the hotel was full and that we could not move until the next night. The process of moving was made as difficult as possible and at no point did we feel that the staff took our request seriously- we were left with the impression that we were an inconvenience.
