"There were numerous stains on the bedsheets, quilts, and pillows, which I noticed upon arrival. However, I chose not to report them, as our stay was for only one night. During checkout, the staff inspected the room and accused us of causing the stains. What i found i that particular room was both batwere not hygienically clean,and had to call reception to provide towels..no tea coffee or milk but kettle and small pot of suger.. .the big question is, would i stay again yes definitely. There was a thin string of something in a soup and the waiter said it is part of a vegetable; later the manager came and apologized plus free of chrage.
