"When we arrived Edith and Georgette helped us settle in our rooms fast and efficiently. The rooms were overall clean and had a nice view. Staff was nice and helpful ready to answer any concerns. Lastly, the breakfast buffet they served good food and staff was very nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay in the hotel and wish to stay there soon again! Thank you! "

"Rooms were outdated and didn’t feel or look clean. And the noise! The walls felt paper thin. The people above were stomping SO loudly, the courtyard let kids scream starting at 7am (and the kids did!) it was so noisy. Will never stay here again "

"Overall the property is okay. Parking included with stay was nice and beneficial. The building only had one working elevator so that was a negative and added extra time waiting for it. Also, the elevator is used by guests and staff and the staff hogged the elevator for a majority of the morning moving their carts and dirty towel bins around. An employee saw my wife and I waiting for the elevator and instead of doing the polite thing and allowing the guest to go in and use it first, he went right...

"The hot tub was fine. The continental breakfast was like going to a zoo. Found it very unacceptable that adults as well as children were down there in their pajamas and no shoes on. That's unacceptable in a food health environment safety wise. Coming from the pool people without shoes bare feet health and safety wise again. Children playing in the hallways with balls at ungodly hours unacceptable I won't be spending any more time in this hotel"
