"A great location. The beach is off the patio. Fabulous seating area on the dune. Clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a no frills location with a great AC, StarLink, new appliances, gas grill and large televisions. This is your place. Nick is a great, responsive and helpful host. Most days we didn’t see more than ten people on miles of beach. "

"Vacations go fast and this one was no different.. we would have liked to stay extra time at the villa.. everything was clean, neat, well organized.. the kitchen was great!.. We requested 4 extra days from Denise and thank God it was available, she confirmed it rightaway..we had some not so good weather and that was a shame.... "Great condo, loved the location, there were lots of thoughtful items included in the condo. The only suggestions would be to have a couple extrs blankets for the beds for those who are cold blooded, and instructions sheets for the tv.Unfortunately the swim up pool bar close yo the condo was not open most of our days we were there, and the pool water was cloudy with lots of sand in the pool."
