"The room was clean and the staff was warm and helpful"

"First, let me highlight the best part of our stay - the housekeeping! They were outstanding and their service was stellar!!! Now...on to the downsides. We arrived early and were able to use one of the pools. We were told at registration that early check-in started at noon. We tried every hour. Thing was, neither of their elevators were working (it's a 7 story hotel and our room was on the 6th) and I know they knew it. If we had known that, we wouldn't have kept trying to check in!! At 4:00, they...

"Beautiful property. We did not take advantage of all of the amenities but it is a gorgeous property and we loved where it was located."

"Very nice, clean and maintained rooms and property. Literally steps from the beach and beautiful views from the windows. Only dislikes are no balconies. A room with a balcony would have been spectacular, especially when the hotel right beside you has wonderful balconies, AND you have to pay for parking, which is a pet peeve. If I'm a guest at a hotel, I shouldn't have to pay to park there!"

"Everything was amazing. They let us get early checked in"

"Balcony door was difficult to open. Walls were so thin that you could hear through them and the whole wall shook anytime someone shut a hotel room door. Pool was small, old and very cold. It started at 4 feet so it was impossible to ease into it."

"Hot tub was not getting hot and eventually out of service but otherwise great stay and would stay again."

"The room had 2 Queen beds and when I went to get into one of the beds it had a big stain on the middle of it."

"Walking distance to the beach and restuarants are close. Breakfast was absolutely awesome."

"Beach accessibility was awesome"

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Everything was very enjoyable."

"Everything was very clean when we arrived. Towels fully stocked and kitchen utensils and BBQ utensils available. The pool is literally right outside the door, and there is a hot tub along with it. Both heated so the pool isn't freezing to go in during late season months. The beach public access is directly across the street, and it is the epitome of Emerald Island white sand beaches. There were ppl there, and they were all respectful, neat and relatively quiet while we were there. We...
