"The property is older but pretty much kept up. There were comments about the property not being clean, but I think it’s just the age. There were some worn areas but clean. The weather wasn’t warm enough to check the pool out. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was from a menu, not buffet style. We enjoyed what we ordered. "

"I loved my stay a the lodge in cloudcroft, it was awesome. Friendly and helpful staff, Clean rooms and bathrooms and alot to look at and explore. The restaurant unfortunately was not within my budget so we had to pickup dinner, but the complementary breakfast was good. In all my stay was well worth it and I look forward to staying at the lodge in the future."

However, I was not prepared to have to walk 50 yards to the bathroom. The description says 1bedroom/1bath it just doesn’t say where the bath is located. There is also no running water in the cabin. All in all we would have probably still stayed here but it would have been nice to be better prepared. "
