The food at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was such high quality and some of the best we had in Sri Lanka. The rooms are so stunning and clean, and have everything you need. "We stayed here for four nights, it was steps away from the beach. The highlight of the stay was the helpful friendly staff. They bent over backwards to please us. The room price was very good, but I would recommend taking the deluxe room rather than the standard room for a better view. Breakfast was different each morning and the highlight of the breakfast was a plate of fresh fruit each morning. One night the internet was not working but we just mentioned it to Nimish and he looked after it. The other guy’s name was Sadew. Hopefully I will add their photos."

"My travel agent had originally booked me a hotel inland, but I couldn’t visit Sri Lanka’s coastline without spending a night by the beach. I found this hotel on Hotels.com, and I’m so glad I did! The location ( right on a quiet, scenic stretch of beach) was peaceful and beautiful. Most of the time, I had the beach almost entirely to myself. The room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The pool was lovely too, but honestly, the beachside area was just too perfect not to spend all my time there. Although I’m usually not a “massage person,” I have to say their therapist, Sharanga, was exceptional. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I highly recommend booking a full body massage with her! The food was delicious, and the staff couldn’t have been kinder or more welcoming. On my last day, they even invited me to take part in a Christmas cake mixing ceremony, such a thoughtful and joyful experience. It was a beautiful way to end my time in Sri Lanka."

"The bedsheets and mattress were wet and some moist smell was coming. One half of the bathroom sliding door was broken. The beds are very small for twin beds’ size. There was no proper process/queue for check-in. It was not managed properly and anyone was coming in between and was checking in. The hotel seems to be overcrowded. The beach was not accessible. There were stones and fisherman boats were there which made the water smell oily and bad. The only good thing in hotel was swimming pool and food. I tried calling reception to get my room upgraded or changed but the number call was transferred and disconnected eventually. Not sure how it is rated as 5 star. Overall we had a really bad experience, not at all worth the money we spent. "
