"The villa is beautiful, the bungalow unit was perfect for 3 teenagers, just next to the pool. The double room was on the ground floor next to the dinning room but still was quite. "Simply tragic: The kitchen smelled of gas from the cookstove (don't light a candle there!). Traffic along the main road made it impossible to sleep at night (trucks, etc.). The shower was more like a garden sprinkler way past its expiration date. Internet was non-existent. The heat in the apartment was coming and going at random times, making it impossible to maintain a constant temperature. The check-in link did not arrive on time. The bed was not flat. However, much cheaper than other...

10/10 Excellent
"The staff was absolutely wonderful. My cousin, who lives in Bucharest, was supposed to come to get some stuff from us, the night before our departure. She couldn't make it to the hotel and we made arrangements with the hotel staff to get the bag for her in the luggage room and for her to come next day to get it. The staff was very accommodating and we really appreciate their help. My cousin picked up the bag the next day and everything went smoothly. We have been using this hotel for years, but, this time, they went above and beyond their duties. We are grateful and thank them all."
