"Although the house was spacious three of the rooms and 1 bathroom were unusable. One shower had black mold. The rooms had individual AC units, 1 AC did not cool, 2 AC smelt bad. The units need to be cleaned. All of the rooms smell like dust and mold. The house needs a thorough deep cleaning. The pillows on the couch were dusty. The TV remote doesn't work well. I dont like writing these types of reviews but unfortunately this was our experience."

"Stayed up there for one night only as a base to visit Aeroscopia and Toulouse City Centre, which was a very good choice in terms of location. The service and rooms were of a very good quality to meet my needs. Breakfast quite nice and typical for ACE Hotel chain."

"Nancy, the owner, provided top-shelf hospitality both through her facility and personally through her customer service! As a hostel, she really goes above and beyond, and Friendly Auberge would be a bargain at twice the price! Don't even get me started about how much I loved her fixed-price pilgrim menu in the restaurant! For me personally, her being an ex-pat American was hugely valuable as I cannot speak French."
